  2. Smc members and the parents can support the school, by helping in raising funds for better development of the school. Also monitoring in utilization of funds for the school where ever and whenever needed.
As a teacher, keeping in mind that I have to strengthen the partnership, I will try to do the following:
    - Interact with the parents, atleast once every month and listen to them so that they feel the importance without forgetting to meet the Smc members atleast once in 2 or 3 months.
    - Discussing the goals decided for the children and asking for suggestions and opinions.
    - Requesting/ Involving, Parents and Smc members as active participants/ volunteers during program's and any other Activity.

  4. SMC members and the parents can lend a hand in developing the development of the school. Raising funds and utilising it in every needed aspects can develop the school too.
Firstly their should be understanding between all the members. Interaction with each one of the members is very important. Treating them in such a way that they value and can do alot for the development of the school can change each one mindset.
General meeting is important for any discussion. Asking each member for suggestions and involving them in any school activities can solve the situation better

  7. As a teacher, I face several challenges in school, such as irregular student attendance, lack of learning materials, poor classroom infrastructure, low parental involvement, and difficulties in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. Many of these issues can be addressed with the support of the School Management Committee (SMC) and parents.SMC members can help improve school infrastructure, ensure the availability of basic facilities like clean drinking water and toilets, monitor student attendance, and mobilize community resources for school development. Parents can support by sending their children to school regularly, creating a positive learning environment at home, and participating in school activities and meetings.
To encourage their involvement, teachers should approach SMC members and parents with respect and openness. Regular meetings should be organized to discuss children's learning progress, school needs, and possible solutions. Clear communication, mutual trust, and shared responsibility are essential.
