ReplyDeleten traditional education systems, children often receive the same set of instructions and adhere to fixed testing schedules. This standardization aims to ensure that all students cover the same material and can be assessed uniformly. However, this approach has several drawbacks:
ReplyDeleteLack of Individualization: Each child has unique strengths, weaknesses, interests, and learning styles. Uniform instructions do not account for these differences, potentially leading to disengagement or frustration.
Pressure and Stress: Fixed testing schedules can create undue pressure on young children, who may not be developmentally ready for standardized assessments.
Limited Creativity: A one-size-fits-all approach may stifle creativity and critical thinking, as children are often required to follow rigid guidelines.
