    2. First of all give them chance to come in front of others and try to speak and same with writing skills , give them chance to write on the blackboard without judging them. Clap and praise them.

    4. As a teacher we need to first connect to the children and need to know their needs, interests and abilities. Also we should consider their learning styles like some are visual learners, others are auditory while some are kinesthetic... so each learner is unique and we need to cater to their learning styles..

Some may learn by simple instruction, while others require more connect to the concept. this can be easily attained by use of audio-visual tools, TLMs like charts, experiments and others may learn by discussion, debating, questioning . a classroom needs to be interactive for inclusion of variety of needs.

  46. Yes, I do believe that every child is different and their learning styles also varies from each other. In my class I always try to first understand the child and then try to create the environment in which they feel comfortable and confident enough to express their understanding and feel free to express their doubts. Then depending upon the learning styles of my students I teach in different ways so that each child can grasp what I try to teach them or make them understand the concepts of any topics.
