  83. Stakeholders consist of the entire community involved: those in leadership positions within the school, educators, principals, Teachers,Parents , administrators and all the other members of a school district .

    In stakeholders lie the resources, information, and opportunities, the love, caring and wisdom needed to support the goals of the education system — creating the conditions for our kids to thrive now and in the future.

    We can implement the following ways to build a positive School culture

    1. Create meaningful parent involvement ;
    Generating clear, open communication with the parents can help avoid misunderstandings and remove feelings of mistrust or hostility.
    Apart from parent-teacher meetings ,workshops can be organized where teachers and parents can discuss homework, study skills, examinations , disciplinary issues and feedback on class room activities & school programs.

    2. Celebrate personal achievement and good behaviour of students. Complimenting kids helps them to feel that they are cared for individually. Teachers can be encouraged to give specific compliments that highlight what each individual student has done well. Establish school norms that build values.

    3. Professional development for teachers - Administrators must provide opportunities for Teachers to learn new instructional strategies and share best practices. Encourage teachers to share resources and experiences with each other.

    Stakeholders in education are important because they contribute their unique insights, skills, and resources to improve the learning experience for students.
