The communication should be open from both ends and not judgemental but supportive

DeletePTM is important in teaching learning process
DeleteSome students require additional attention. Otherwise they procrastinate a lot. They will not complete their home assignments. This can be addressed with the help of parents' support and involvement.
DeletePTM should be organized monthly to involve the parents in the teaching activities of the school and parents should be given time and encouragement for their presentation.Workshops should be organized in the school about how parents can help in teaching their children at home.
DeleteTo address school difficulties, SMC members and parents can help with infrastructure, resource challenges, student behavior, academic support, health, and hygiene. Teachers can approach them through regular meetings, open communication, volunteer opportunities, workshops, and feedback mechanisms. By working together, teachers, SMC members, and parents can build a supportive community that improves student outcomes and addresses school challenges.

DeleteWe can control the no. of dropped out children with the help of SMC
ReplyDeleteThe problems i faced in school are irregular and unpunctuality of students, behavior, health related problem and lack of awareness of parents about the overall development of learners.Envolment of parents and SMC are very crucial in holistic development of students together we can achive the goal of FLN programme successfully.
ReplyDeleteacademic support and infrastructure improvement are key areas SMC members can address. Teachers should approach SMC with specific proposals, emphasizing the positive impact on student learning. Engaging parents through regular meetings and communication channels helps build understanding and collaboration. A respectful, solution-oriented approach, highlighting mutual benefits, fosters a supportive partnership. Together, educators, SMC members, and parents can enhance the school environment for student success.
ReplyDeleteAs a student, I often encounter challenges like bullying, resource shortages, academic struggles, and wellness concerns. SMC members and parents can play pivotal roles in resolving these issues by advocating for anti-bullying policies, securing resources, providing academic support, promoting wellness initiatives, and ensuring inclusive education practices. To engage them effectively, teachers should initiate open dialogue, communicate clearly, highlight solutions, empower stakeholders, and maintain ongoing feedback loops. Through collaborative efforts, we can cultivate a supportive school environment that nurtures student well-being and academic success.
ReplyDeleteThere are some students in every class who are not able to achieve the MLL. If parents are taking a little interest at home to associate them surely they will be able to overcome the fear of studies.
ReplyDeleteRegular and healthy interaction with the parents to make them familiar about the concept.
ReplyDeleteProblem faced:
ReplyDeleteLess cooperation from parents side in terms of giving enough practice or study time to children.
Problem solved:
By having one to one interaction with the parents, continuous counseling, and through SMC meetings, message can be conveyed
Its important to involve parents and communities for FLN. For early learning and understanding the concept and numeracy parent have to communicate with school and teachers..
ReplyDeleteRegular and healthy discussions will be organised.
ReplyDeleteI think it is some time relatable ...We can control the no. of dropped out children with the help of SMC
ReplyDeleteIrregularity in attendance, home works, reading etc must be check by smc members and parents too
ReplyDeleteSchool Management Committees took a key role of the absentees to the school. They meet the parents of the absentees and explain the advantages of the government welfare schemes. So the parents get knowledge in this area and encourage the students.
ReplyDeleteSome children are irregular to school. Also homework is incomplete. Parents need to take keen interest in the child's progress
ReplyDeleteRegarding the school safety I am very sensitive and sometimes some children or
ReplyDeleteperson of the locality create problems with school water supply or kitchen garden of school in this critical stage strong bond with the SMC and and families helps a lot
Parental involvement is very necessary for the overall growth of the child.

DeleteNeligance of parents towards studies and skill development in early age.
ReplyDeleteSometimes SMC and higher authorities have to be strict about parents behaviour.
It should be compulsory to attend ptm and understand the way of teaching to child.
Sometimes infra , material related issues are there.
In such situations SMC and higher authorities should take initiative and solve issue.
An open and a free space of interaction should be maintained for betterment of the education.
ReplyDeletePTM should be conducted and executive members may be approached to help.
ReplyDeleteTime to time interaction with parents is very helpful to make a healthy learning atmosphere.

ReplyDeleteTo enhance performance of students
ReplyDelete1)Students Registration through online is helpful for both the school and parents as it saves alot of time stadind queues.
ReplyDelete2)Managing appropriate acourses effectively is very essential for school to come up with accustomed to requirement of the institution.
We conduct 3-4 PTM in a year, 1st at the opening and last at the closing session of the school and 2 just after the first (inJuly) and second(in October)
ReplyDeleteSemester. Mostly dicuss about
child's academic performance , health, behavior, how they feel about the school life and how do the children help in household chores as we all knew that education is not only about reading and writing. Its about all round development of the child.
Parents can play a crucial role in fostering the right mix of values and can share ideas with the teachers for better understanding of the child.
ReplyDeletePTMs are the strong way to have transparency in the real efforts made at home and in school for the betterment of students. It is the real tool in hand to plan a combined effort for the same. PTMs should be scheduled monthly for primary children . But on the same hand urgent meetings are required as per the situation arises. Also regular conversations on weekly basis are required for students who need help.
ReplyDeleteCounsel parents. Interact on a regular basis about Ward's performance
ReplyDeleteThe difficulty faced is children not doing HW not bringing activity materials, not able to read and write by themselves.
ReplyDeleteThe SMC and parents can support the teachers in this case by conducting orientation, PTM and in advance announcement material required for activities to parents.
Regular interaction with parents will help
ReplyDeleteProblem faced
ReplyDeleteLess cooperation from parents side in terms of completing homework, regular practice problems solving.
Problem solved
By having one to one interaction , continuous councelling through SMC meeting.
Student who has less interest in studies could be continuously monitored with the help of parents and SMC members and regular meeting with them by the teacher could help to find the lifestyle and the means to improve the wards overall development.
ReplyDeleteIt's crucial for caregivers to actively monitor their child's academic progress by reviewing classwork and understanding the concepts taught in school. Equally important is engaging in follow-up activities to gauge the child's comprehension. Open and supportive communication between parents and teachers is essential, fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental environment aimed at helping the child succeed.
ReplyDeleteChildren sometimes find it difficult to complete their tasks and parents are also reluctant to participate in their child's progress. A balanced collaboration and mutual undersatnding is needed to actively work for child's progress.
ReplyDeleteWe can bring change in students who are not focusing on class room activities with the help of parents.
ReplyDeleteAs a teacher , must attend to the problems of stress of students to develop a better teaching learning atmosphere
ReplyDeleteParents encouraged to participate.
ReplyDeleteParents can ensure regularity in attendance.
ReplyDeleteAppreciation prizes can be given regularly
Motivational classes can be held
Regular and healthy interaction with the parents to make them familiar about the concept and importance of Foundation Literacy and Numeracy.
ReplyDeleteStudents sometimes find it difficult to complete their tasks on their own and need help and guidance at home. A balanced collaboration and mutual understanding is needed to actively work for child's progress. SMCs serve as a bridge between parents, teachers, and the school administration, promoting transparency, accountability, and quality education. Their active involvement contributes significantly to building a strong parent-teacher relationship and ensuring better educational outcomes for students.
ReplyDeleteAs mentioned in the NEP 2020 PTMs play a crucial role in solving most of the problems. Our school is a local body school ZPHS .All the children come from agricultural families. The parents say that they find very less time to spend with their children. Most of the parents are illiterates and they complain that they cannot monitor the students in completing their home assignments. Many a times the parents take their children to the fields to assist them, thereby students dropout from the class for some days.
ReplyDeleteRequest for adult interactions
ReplyDeletePTM's or PTI's play a major role so as to initially build a communication bridge and eventually a connect so strong that parents start sharing even day to day apprehensions with their ward's CT so as to seek guidance and answers. The trust is very high if you have a good connect with the parents and this helps in finding out solutions to each and every problem. Those good connects also become bridge between other parents of the same class/school by building a smaller community in itself! The perculation of messages and care about each other is very high and helps in long building relationships....
ReplyDeleteParents can play an important role in children s life
ReplyDeleteParents to be encouraged to participate in the learning environment. The interaction between Parents and other community members will enhance the quality of education.
ReplyDeletePositive mindset and healthy interaction with parents is necessary
ReplyDeleteBoth ways interaction is important for the overall development of a child.
ReplyDeleteOne of the issues from the side of parents is that have very high expectations of their child in academics often disregarding their holistic development. This may lead to putting unwanted pressure on the children which usually results in anxiety and lack of confidence especially for adolescents. Parents often compare their children with high performing cousins, peers or their siblings. This also weakens the child's relationship with parents. Conducting seminars or workshops focusing on inculcating a positive attitude towards ones child's holistic development would be helpful in this case.
ReplyDeletePositive interaction with parents is necessary
ReplyDeleteStudents who are regularly absent from school may have some problems which need to be brought to the notice of teacher and school. By PTM this interaction can be developed.
DeleteTeacher must behave with eye opened to judge that students who are reluctant to attend school, must be persuaded to participate in school activities. For such participation being active, parents must come forward to join hands with school .
ReplyDeleteStudents and teachers must join hands for a collaborative program to come closer to understand students in better and broder way. For such participation, some after- school activities can be planned.
DeleteStudents whomare regularly absent and those who are slow learners ..parents have to co-operate withteachers bring them forward
ReplyDeleteIt is indeed beneficial for the children. It will help them in their development.
ReplyDeleteThere should be parents and teachers collaboration for the children's development in their day to day life
ReplyDeleteProblem faced recently are students who are dropping out from schools in mid-years. Absence of students during school hours.
ReplyDeleteConsistent learning outcomes can be discussed with the collaboration approach for improving the learners.
ReplyDeleteNot having enough cooperation from parents sides to talk about their children academics, children lacking intrest in academics and dropping out are the genreal difficulties face in school. To overcome it, the SMC members and parents should active involved with teachers in bringing up interest to students in academics, having a discussion regarding any peer pressure they face in daily life basis. Having a monthly PTI's will be one of the major step to overcome it.
ReplyDeleteFew of children don't have support from parents in terms of revision and homework . Building strong relationship with parents will help teacher communicate better with parents.
ReplyDeleteThe parent teacher collaboration will benifit the children
ReplyDeleteParents involvment is essential to know about the child and to work upon his/her weak areas and to overcome fears and also to guide parents to follow the strategies laid down by FLN for the holistic development of the child.
ReplyDeleteInvolving parents in collaboration with teachers will help to bring out the special needs of the child and will help to furbish the child according to his special abilities
ReplyDeleteI feel we should have parents orientation. Which my school does . We call a resource person give him the topics to give a talk to the parents.
ReplyDeleteWhen parents are oriented on the 'why' and 'how' of FLN, they feel empowered to practise the same with their children. They can also be leveraged as a substitute teacher in school when the regular teacher is on leave. This way, parents will receive opportunities to feel more confident about FLN content and its execution and children's learning will also not be affected due to the absence of the teacher.
ReplyDeleteLack of parental support and home study.
ReplyDeleteParents can monitor the students learning and the communities can raise it's concern regarding the quality of service and products in education
community members, parents and students can be approached by building a strong relationship. And by giving communities a neutral platform
Involving parents in the collaboration with teachers to know and improve their children growth
ReplyDeleteParents and teachers should need a good contact with each other, so it helps the students to attain learning outcomes.
ReplyDeleteParental involvement is very important for the growth of a child in a correct direction.
ReplyDeleteTeachers can identify difficulties like academic struggles, resource shortages, or infrastructure issues. SMC members and parents can help by organizing tutoring, fundraising for resources, and improving school facilities. Teachers should communicate clearly, involve them in decision-making, and encourage active participation to improve the situation.
DeleteBuilding a bridge between parents and school management to enhance and upgrade the educational sphere of the child .So that the school ,student and parents function harmonically.
ReplyDeleteAbsentees and late comers are troublesomes. Very good support from the parents help to resolve lots of issues...
ReplyDeleteParents should actively involve in their child schooling as well as they should have constant interaction with their teachers so that they can together identify their children needs and prevent drop outs
ReplyDeleteVery informative
ReplyDeleteTime to time interaction with parents as well as teachers is very important
ReplyDeleteRegular interaction with Parents
ReplyDeleteVery good session
ReplyDelete1.Students behaviour and discipline
ReplyDelete2. Resources constraints
3. Students engagement and motivation
4. Communication barriers
It is necessary to hold meetings and involve parents so that they know what is happening at school and can get a clear insight into what their children are doing.
ReplyDeleteParents need to wholeheartedly support the school when it comes to following the rules and regulations.
ReplyDelete1) Student behaviour and discipline _ Parents and SMC members can help reinforce school rules and values promoting a supportive environment
ReplyDelete2) Schedule regular meeting _
Organize regular meetings with SMC members and parents to discuss challenges and solutions
Orientation for parents is very good to have in school which we have. It is always good to collaborate with the parents.

ReplyDeleteThe students who are regularly absent to the school and who are not putting interest in learning then the teacher interact with the parents what is the real problem behind that kind of behaviour
We should talk to SMC members for the welfare of the school
ReplyDeleteAbsentism
ReplyDeleteStudents who show little interest in studies, are frequently absent and of course the parents who do not appreciate the teacher’s efforts or practices to help the child beg in track.

The communication should be open from both ends and not judgemental but supportive
In schools, common challenges like lack of resources, low student engagement, behavioral issues, and struggling students can be addressed with the help of SMC members and parents:
ReplyDelete1. Lack of Resources: SMC can organize fundraisers; approach them with clear needs and involve parents in contributing.
2. Low Engagement: Encourage parents to engage with their children’s learning at home, and ask the SMC to support extracurricular activities.
3. Behavioral Issues: Work with parents and SMC to create consistent behavioral expectations at home and school.
4. Support for Struggling Students: Ask parents for extra help at home, and the SMC to organize tutoring or mentoring programs.
Approach:
- Communicate clearly and regularly.
- Involve them in decision-making.
- Show appreciation and keep them updated on progress.
This collaboration improves the learning environment for students.

ReplyDeleteWe can conduct orientation programme
ReplyDelete1. As educator, I feel students need to follow technology and cyber health and hygiene. We all must train them to practice balanced use of technology in their daily life. Too much use as children and adult is and will generate alienation with family and society.
ReplyDelete2. Children are going away from nature due to early intervention of books and long school and travelling hours. Parents and sports teachers can have theme activities like nature sports where, parents and teachers help them climb trees, build mid castles, dig pits, feel the texture, smell just the way it is. This will naturally calm them at times.
3. Respect to all ages and genders can be inculcated by collaboration with ngos who are working for them.
Lack of Resources:
ReplyDeleteChallenge: Insufficient learning materials or facilities.
Approach: Engage SMC members in discussions about budget allocation and resource prioritization. Present specific needs and suggest targeted funding or donations. For parents, organize meetings or campaigns to gather support or raise funds.
Academic Struggles:
Challenge: Students falling behind or needing extra help.
Approach: Propose the introduction of additional tutoring or support programs to the SMC. For parents, suggest ways they can support their children's learning at home, and offer workshops to help them understand how to assist effectively.
Behavioral Issues:
Challenge: Disruptive behavior or lack of discipline in class.
Approach: Work with the SMC to develop and enforce a consistent behavioral policy. Engage parents in discussions about reinforcing positive behavior at home and understanding school policies.
Communication Gaps:
Challenge: Poor communication between school and home.
Approach: Advocate for improved communication channels with the SMC, such as regular newsletters or parent-teacher meetings. Encourage parents to stay engaged and provide feedback on how communication can be improved.
As a teacher, there are always problems that are faced while interacting or teaching students. Sometimes classroom interaction is not enough to understand a child. There are several factors that may be hindering the child to give his best at school. At a situation like this the role of SMC and parents involvement is very important. By formulating plans and organising meetings with parents and stakeholders, the teacher can involve them about the problems and challenges faced in the classroom. This will enable a free flow of plans and changes that will benefit every party as a whole.
ReplyDeleteDifficulty in learners' class behaviour and academic performance is one such concern where parents are required to be actively involved. To get the best holistic development of the child, the teacher and the parent should work hand in hand.
ReplyDeleteRegular interaction with parents of students who need extra care will be of great help
ReplyDeleteAddressing school difficulties requires collaboration. I’ll engage SMC members and parents by holding regular meetings, discussing challenges openly, and proposing actionable solutions. By fostering a sense of shared responsibility, encouraging feedback, and highlighting the impact of their involvement, we can work together to create a more supportive and effective learning environment.
ReplyDeleteFor better development of children there should be collaboration between parents and teachers, a meaningful partnership should be created
ReplyDelete3 C'S should be followed
ReplyDeletePTM and parents involvement is important in teaching learning process
ReplyDeleteIts very important for parents to attend the ptm regularly , so there should be no communication gap and they should know about their child's overall progress
ReplyDeleteBeing an important stakeholder in Child's progress , as a parent and teacher I personally believe that we should maintain the balance between teaching and parenting. Together parent and teacher will make a child a good learner.
ReplyDeleteWe should always maintain the anecdotal record and have track of students' activites. If we sense any changes in their academic or social behaviour we should immediately get in touch with their parents. Meeting the parents of these students on regular basis will help the teachers to guide and correct the students.
ReplyDeleteRegular attendance and completion of home work should be supervised by parents.
ReplyDeleteBy understanding their needs
ReplyDeleteMonthly SMC meetings and PTMs can be organized to ensure participation,
ReplyDeletedifficulties in schools like
1 Needs of CWSN
2. Bad language
3. Student bag load
4. Students nutrition
parents can be shown PPts, given Questionnaire ensuring participation and continuous feedback on teaching.
Some students have their own world and it is difficult to make them attentive in the class. Teacher needs to plan different activity for these kind of students. Even parents also need to be cooperative with teacher for the progress of the student.
DeleteParental engagement meetings should be convened on a regular basis to ensure parental involvement. These sessions would provide parents with comprehensive insights into their child's overall development, highlighting areas that require improvement. This proactive approach would empower parents to address any issues more effectively.
ReplyDeleteIn ptms the parents should be made aware and their role is very important as far as the education of children is concerned. The should be active partners in the development of their children rather than mute spectators.
ReplyDeleteParents teachers meeting should help to the learners where the learners problematic areas should be discussed. A healthy interaction can build a healthy relationship
ReplyDeleteVery informative.
ReplyDeleteThe students who are regularly absent to the school and who are not putting interest in learning then the teacher interact with the parents what is the real problem behind that kind of behaviour
ReplyDeletecommon difficulties faced in schools are teacher shortages, student behavioral issues, communication gaps, limited extracurricular activities etc.
ReplyDeletethese problems can be solved by approaching SMC members and parents.
we can schedule meeting, have open communication, identify child's strength and weaknesses, involve parents, give training and support to parents and members.
As a teacher, I'd like to reflect on the difficulties students generally face in school and how SMC (School Management Committee) members and parents can be approached to help address these challenges.
ReplyDelete*Common difficulties students face in school:*
1. *Academic struggles*: Difficulty in understanding certain subjects or concepts, lack of resources, or inadequate support from teachers.
2. *Bullying and social issues*: Bullying, social exclusion, or conflicts with peers.
3. *Infrastructure and facilities*: Inadequate or poorly maintained infrastructure, such as classrooms, libraries, or sports facilities.
4. *Transportation and safety*: Difficulty in commuting to school, safety concerns, or lack of transportation options.
5. *Health and wellness*: Lack of access to healthcare, poor sanitation, or inadequate nutrition.
*Difficulties that can be solved by SMC members and parents:*
1. *Academic support*: SMC members and parents can provide additional academic support, such as tutoring or mentoring, to help students who are struggling.
2. *Infrastructure development*: SMC members can work with the school administration to improve infrastructure, such as repairing or upgrading facilities, or providing additional resources.
3. *Transportation and safety*: Parents can carpool or provide transportation for students, while SMC members can work with local authorities to improve road safety and infrastructure.
4. *Health and wellness*: Parents can provide healthy snacks or meals, while SMC members can work with local health organizations to provide access to healthcare services.
*Approaching SMC members and parents:*
1. *Regular meetings*: Schedule regular meetings with SMC members and parents to discuss student concerns and potential solutions.
2. *Open communication*: Encourage open and honest communication between teachers, SMC members, and parents to identify areas of concern and develop collaborative solutions.
3. *Volunteer opportunities*: Provide opportunities for parents to volunteer in the school, such as helping with events, tutoring, or mentoring.
4. *Feedback mechanisms*: Establish feedback mechanisms, such as surveys or suggestion boxes, to allow studentsredents, parents, and SMC members to provide input and suggestions for improvement.
5. *Collaborative problem-solving*: Work together with SMC members and parents to identify problems and develop solutions, rather than relying on individual efforts.
By working together with SMC members and parents, we can create a more supportive and inclusive school environment that addresses the diverse needs of our students.

ReplyDeleteExcellent for the betterment or comfort of the child's learning
excellent
ReplyDelete1. Behavioral Issues
ReplyDeleteSMC: Can help create clear discipline policies and support behavior management programs.
Parents: Can reinforce good behavior at home.
Approach: "SMC, can we work together on better discipline strategies? Parents, can you help us encourage good behavior at home?"
2. Low Attendance
SMC: Can explore reasons for absenteeism and find solutions, like transportation or community support.
Parents: Can ensure their child attends school regularly.
Approach: "SMC, can we address the attendance issues in the community? Parents, can you prioritize your child's school attendance?"
3. Learning Gaps
SMC: Can help organize additional support, such as remedial classes.
Parents: Can support learning at home by helping with homework or extra practice.
Approach: "SMC, can we set up remedial sessions for struggling students? Parents, can you assist with extra practice at home?"
4. Parental Involvement
SMC: Can host meetings or activities to engage parents more actively in school life.
Parents: Can participate in meetings and school events.
Approach: "SMC, can we create more opportunities for parent involvement? Parents, would you attend meetings or volunteer in school events?"
5. Mental Health
SMC: Can organize workshops on mental health or provide counseling support.
Parents: Can help create a supportive environment at home and communicate any concerns.
Approach: "SMC, can we arrange mental health workshops or counseling for students? Parents, can you help us keep an eye on your child’s emotional well-being?"
By working together with SMC members and parents, we can overcome many challenges and create a better environment for our students.
A strong bond between teachers and parents must be there, also for some children help from parents after school is very important....such parents will try to put blame completely on teachers......
ReplyDeleteIn my experience, certain life skils like - self help; self regulation; respect; coping with emotions; critical thinking need parent intervention and can be dealt in a pleasant manner at home besides school. SMC plays an important role to be a part of making certain guidelines to be followed at home and at school as well.
ReplyDeleteChildren lack respect for teachers and struggle with their emotions. It is important for school counsellors, teachers and parents to sit together and discuss the issues. That way, we will be able to guide the students towards focus and dedication.
ReplyDeleteParent involvement can makes learning better of their wards.
ReplyDeleteI have faced two quite opposite situations: the over-involvement of parents and the under-involvement as well. Both become challenging sometimes because, in the first situation, parents do not let us handle the kid in our own way; they force the teacher to follow only their approach. The latter is also challenging as the parents are not as involved as they should be.
ReplyDeleteAn open and a free space of interaction should be maintained for betterment of the education.
ReplyDeleteStudents who show little interest in studies, are frequently absent and of course the parents who do not appreciate the teacher’s efforts or practices to help the child beg in track.
ReplyDeleteI believe it is important for caregivers to keep an eye on the child’s class work notebooks as well as the concepts they are being taught in school, the follow-up activities to determine their understanding is equally important. The communication should be open from both ends and not judgemental but supportive
The major problem is that with both parents working, children are deprived of necessary attention at home. They pick up wrong behaviours and habits and influence the peers in school. The SMC members can help by organising activities and workshops to enhance parent interaction and involvement.
ReplyDeleteFLN activities can fastern up the pick level of children. Which xan be seen pratically in classroom
ReplyDeleteParent involved in activities can lead to best productive results
ReplyDeleteTeachers should keep eye on those students who are regularly absent and try to find reasons behind that
ReplyDeleteThe difficulties we generally face in school are related to absenteeism of the students, learning gaps and ignorance and inability of the parents in Empowering their wards.
ReplyDeleteSuch problems can be addressed through regular interaction with both SMC members and parents.
Awareness sessions for parents go a long way in effective contribution of the parents.
The National Curriculum Framework has high lighted the numerous benefits of Collaborating with Parents, Community & other schools as an integral part of promoting school quality.
ReplyDeleteThe FLN skills of Reading Writing & Numeracy can be discussed with Parents who can help the child at home.Parents are the experts on their children. Whereas teachers change annually, parents accumulate a wealth of knowledge about their children as learners. Moreover, they are uniquely positioned to read with their children in a one-on-one setting. There is no smaller classroom than a family’s living room, and there is no better way to personalize instruction than through a parent. After all, what could be more personal than a parent and child sharing a book at bedtime?
Parents also can be invited as guest speakers and create a fun learning environment
School management committees’ (SMCs) roles are crucial in the smooth, unfettered administration, development and provision of quality education. Teachers can submit their developmental plans , additional teaching aids and provide a conducive learning environment.
Now days Children are diverted more bcoz of technology , communication or doubt clarification between teacher and student is become less. due to the smartphone usage they have mind set that everything we can get from internet why to please teacher? this attitude is developed in many students . + now a days students didn't follow any time management - even parent involvement in thier child life is very less everything handover to teacher or school to handle thier child in academic and behaviours issue.bcoz of their busy scheduled .. their is gap between teacher and parent thought bcoz of child , to secure his presence on either sides ..
DeleteDue to shift of more time spending of everybody now a days is on phone so interactiopn of students with parents is less and because of which they are less aware about their opwn child
